These Terms of Service govern your use of the website theworkedge.ai and any engagement with The Work Edge AI, operated from Miami Shores, Florida ("we," "us," or "The Work Edge AI"). By submitting a form, booking a call, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

The Work Edge AI provides AI operations consulting to small and mid-sized service businesses. Our current service offerings are:
Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms for implementation engagements and retainers are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.
The Work Edge AI operates an SMS messaging program to send appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up messages, and occasional promotional content to contacts who have opted in via our booking form or other consent points.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. To request help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@theworkedge.ai.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
To engage our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and represent a business that is operating legally in its jurisdiction. By engaging us, you represent and warrant that these conditions are met.
The AI Operations Assessment is a fixed fee, quoted in writing on the fit call and due prior to the start of the assessment.
If you proceed to an implementation engagement, 100% of the assessment fee is credited toward the implementation engagement fee on the schedule agreed at the fit call.
If the review call cannot show time or revenue worth more than the fee, the fee is refunded on request within 7 days of the findings delivery date. Otherwise assessment fees are non-refundable unless we are unable to deliver your findings report. If you believe we have not delivered what was agreed, contact us at hello@theworkedge.ai within 7 days of the findings delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
The Work Edge AI retains all rights in its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, tools, templates, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in the course of an engagement.
You retain all rights in your business data, proprietary processes, and any information you provide to us.
Deliverables produced specifically for you under a paid engagement — such as findings reports, workflow maps, and implementation plans — are licensed to you for your internal business use upon full payment.
Both parties agree to treat non-public business information shared during an engagement as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the services (e.g., to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no breach of these terms, or that either party already possessed independently.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes — revenue growth, cost reduction, or operational improvement — because results depend on factors outside our control, including your team's execution, market conditions, and your business's specific circumstances.
We will deliver honest findings, practical recommendations, and quality implementation work. What you do with those findings is your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Work Edge AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or this website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
