Built by an operator, not an agency.
AI operations for South Florida trades and field service contractors, run by someone who has sat in your seat.
Three careers, one bridge.
The founder
Miami Shores, FL
Most AI agencies are tech people who have never sat through an operations meeting. They sell tools that look good in a demo and break the second they hit a real contracting business.
The other side is just as bad. Trades-savvy consultants who can describe your problems in detail but cannot implement technology that holds up under volume.
The Work Edge AI exists because both sides leave money on the table. You do not need another generic AI pitch. You need someone who has dealt with the same chaos and knows how to make technology stick after the launch.
Office systems and how work gets done. Where I learned to look at a business as a system: inputs, outputs, bottlenecks, and where things break. The discipline you use when something has to keep running.
11 years in construction operations. On jobsites and in the office both. Estimating, scheduling, vendor management, chasing payments, dealing with crews, and fixing what the office missed. The same daily fire drill contractor-owners deal with now.
15 years in IT and change management. Rolling out technology across hundreds of users, dealing with adoption, training, and resistance, and making sure the thing got used after the rollout. This is the part most AI agencies skip.
There are plenty of AI agencies in Miami. There are construction consultants. There are IT firms. There are very few people who have done all three at depth. Contractor-side experience tells me what to fix. Enterprise IT and change management tells me how to make it stick.
Rules we do not bend.
We use it on ourselves first.
Every system we sell runs on our own business before it runs on yours. Maya, the AI assistant that answers our phone and chat, is the same one we build for clients.
A person always sends the money.
Our systems record approvals. Nothing we build moves money, sends contracts, or messages your customers on its own without a rule you set.
Read-only where it can be.
For reporting, our access to your books is read-only. We cannot change your records.
Fixed quotes, in writing.
After the assessment, every build gets a written fixed price and a date for the first visible result. No hourly billing.
Month to month.
Ongoing service stops with 30 days' notice. Your data is yours; we hand over an export and credentials on request.
Maintainable by your office.
We build with tools your office manager can operate and a written rule list that explains every automated decision. No clever code only an engineer could touch.
Why South Florida trades and field service.
I am not trying to be a generalist AI agency. South Florida trades and field service businesses run on specific dynamics that an outsider misses.
Hurricane season changes your cash flow and scheduling. Permits run differently than other markets. Bilingual workforces are the norm. The mix of residential and commercial work is unique. Competition is dense and customer acquisition costs keep climbing.
I work with residential construction, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, pool service, landscape, pest control, electrical, garage door, and restoration companies. $1M to $10M revenue, 5 to 30 employees. That is the band where AI moves the numbers and a contractor-owner is the one making the call.
What to do next.
If you want a real read on where the operational gaps in your business are, the AI Operations Assessment is the entry point. You walk away with a written plan for people, steps, and tools whether or not you ever hire me to build it.
